AN ACT CONCERNING AN EXEMPTION FROM THE HOSPITAL TAX FOR HOSPITALS IN THE SMALL HOSPITAL POOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 211a of the general statutes be amended to exempt from the hospital tax hospitals that qualify for the small hospital pool similar to the exemption for distressed hospitals.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt hospitals that qualify for the small hospital pool from the hospital tax.
