AN ACT CONCERNING RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2016) The Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management shall conduct a study to evaluate conservation and development in Connecticut.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To require the Office of Policy and Management to study responsible development.
