AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL CAP ON BOND ALLOCATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish an annual cap of $1.8 billion for bond allocations made by the State Bond Commission.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the state's debt service by establishing an annual cap for State Bond Commission allocations.
