AN ACT CAPPING PROBATE COURT FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 45a-107 of the general statutes be amended to limit the total Probate Court fees that may be assessed on any estate to $12,500.00.
Statement of Purpose:
To reinstate the $12,500.00 cap on the assessment of Probate Court fees.
