AN ACT INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF MEDICAL AND PRESCRIPTION DRUG COPAYS PAID BY STATE EMPLOYEES AND RETIREES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the amount of medical and prescription drug copays paid by state employees and retirees.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide budget relief by increasing the amount of medical and prescription drug costs paid by state employees.
