AN ACT CONCERNING A CAPITOL MEMORIAL FOR WORLD WAR II MERCHANT MARINES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Veterans' Affairs shall, within available appropriations, establish a memorial to honor the members of the Merchant Marine of the United States during the Second World War and place such memorial in a suitable location on the State Capitol grounds.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
