AN ACT CONCERNING AMERICAN LEGION STATE FUND COMMISSION TRANSPARENCY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) Records of the American Legion State Fund Commission, as described in section 27-138c of the general statutes, shall be subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, as defined in section 1-200 of the general statutes.

To implement a recommendation of the Auditors of Public Accounts contained in their annual report to the General Assembly.
