AN ACT ELIMINATING SIMULTANEOUS MEMBERSHIP IN MULTIPLE UNITS OF THE STATE MILITARY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Section 27-56 of the general statutes is repealed. (Effective from passage)

Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the requirement that the several companies of the Governor's Guard be filled by voluntary enlistments.
