Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes or any municipal zoning ordinance or regulation, a business identified by the Department of Economic and Community Development as being on the Connecticut antiques trail established pursuant to section 32-6u of the general statutes may erect temporary signage or flags indicating that the business is on such trail.
