RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF JEFF L. HOFFMAN OF MADISON TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF PARDONS AND PAROLES.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Jeff L. Hoffman of Madison to be a full-time member of the Board of Pardons and Paroles, to serve for a term coterminous with the term of the Governor or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
