RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF JOHN A. MASTROPIETRO OF WATERTOWN TO BE A WORKERS' COMPENSATION COMMISSIONER.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of John A. Mastropietro of Watertown to be a Workers' Compensation Commissioner, to serve for a term of five years from April 1, 2015, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a Workers' Compensation Commissioner for said term.
