RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE FRANCIS M. MCDONALD, JR. OF MIDDLEBURY TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable Francis M. McDonald, Jr. of Middlebury to be a State Referee, to serve for a term of eight years from March 1, 2016, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term.
