RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE MICHAEL E. SHAY OF WILTON TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable Michael E. Shay of Wilton to be a State Referee, to serve for a term of eight years from March 1, 2016, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term.
