RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF CHERRON PAYNE OF FARMINGTON TO BE A MEMBER OF THE COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND OPPORTUNITIES.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Cherron Payne of Farmington to be a member of the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, to serve the remainder of the term of Gary H. Collins, who resigned, ending July 14, 2018, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed said member for said term.
