RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF HENRY W. JUAN III OF GREENWICH TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CONNECTICUT PORT AUTHORITY.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by Leonard A. Fasano, the minority leader of the Senate, of Henry W. Juan III of Greenwich to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Port Authority, to serve a term effective immediately and ending June 30, 2019, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
