RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE MAUREEN M. KEEGAN OF CHESHIRE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE JUDICIAL REVIEW COUNCIL, AS AN ALTERNATE SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable Maureen M. Keegan of Cheshire to be a member of the Judicial Review Council, as an alternate Superior Court Judge, to serve a term ending November 30, 2018, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, in succession to the Honorable Kevin G. Dubay, whose term expired, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed said member for said term.
