RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF MARK D. LEIGHTON, ESQUIRE, OF VERNON TO BE A MEMBER OF THE JUDICIAL REVIEW COUNCIL.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Mark D. Leighton, Esquire, of Vernon to be a member of the Judicial Review Council, as an alternate attorney-at-law admitted to practice in this state, to serve a term ending November 30, 2018, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, in succession to Carl M. Porto, whose term expired, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
