RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF RICHARD H. KOSINSKI, ESQUIRE, OF OXFORD TO BE REAPPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE EDUCATION ARBITRATION BOARD.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Richard H. Kosinski, Esquire, of Oxford to be reappointed a member of the Education Arbitration Board, as a neutral arbitrator, to serve a term ending June 30, 2017, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is reappointed said member for said term.
