RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF LAURIE G. CAIN, ESQUIRE, OF SIMSBURY TO BE REAPPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE EDUCATION ARBITRATION BOARD.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Laurie G. Cain, Esquire, of Simsbury to be reappointed a member of the Education Arbitration Board, as a neutral arbitrator, to serve for a term ending June 30, 2016, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and she is reappointed said member for said term.
