AN ACT PREVENTING THE USE OF CHILD CARE SUBSIDY INCREASES FOR UNION DUES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-749 of the general statutes be amended to ensure that any increases in funding for child care subsidies not be diverted to increase provider union dues.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that child care subsidy increases do not fund union dues.
