AN ACT CONCERNING THE THRESHOLD FOR IMPOSITION OF THE ESTATE TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to increase the threshold for imposition of the estate tax to be consistent with the federal estate tax filing threshold.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the threshold for imposition of the estate tax to be consistent with the federal estate tax filing threshold.
