AN ACT CONCERNING THE RETURN OF UNUSED PRESCRIPTION DRUGS TO PHARMACIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 400j of the general statutes be amended to require pharmacies to accept and dispose of unused prescription drugs.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the proper disposal of unused prescription drugs by pharmacies.
