Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection, with the advice and assistance of the Commission of Pharmacy, shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 of the general statutes, to allow pharmacies licensed pursuant to chapter 400j of the general statutes to accept and dispose of unused prescription drugs.
