AN ACT CONCERNING EMERGENCY CERTIFICATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the threshold for introducing emergency certified bills.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the threshold for emergency certification.
