AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE OF JET INJECTORS FOR INDIVIDUALS DIAGNOSED WITH INSULIN-DEPENDENT DIABETES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 38a-492d and 38a-518d of the general statutes be amended to require health insurance coverage of jet injectors for individuals diagnosed with insulin-dependent diabetes.
Statement of Purpose:
To require health insurance coverage of jet injectors for individuals diagnosed with insulin-dependent diabetes.
