AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN MINIMUM FAIR WAGE PROVISIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-58 of the general statutes be amended to change certain minimum fair wage provisions from "persons under the age of eighteen years" to "persons under the age of nineteen years," and from "for the first two hundred hours of such employment" to "for those who work one thousand or fewer hours per calendar year".
Statement of Purpose:
To amend certain minimum fair wage guidelines.
