AN ACT CONCERNING MOTOR VEHICLE NUMBER PLATES FOR VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-20b of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles from charging a fee for veteran number plates above the fee to register a motor vehicle.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide certain veterans with commemorative number plates at no additional cost beyond registration of a motor vehicle.
