AN ACT ESTABLISHING A DEDICATED TOWN ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to direct funds collected from property taxes on motor vehicles be placed in a dedicated town road and bridge fund, to be used by towns for the exclusive purpose of maintaining town roads and bridges in good repair.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a dedicated town road and bridge fund, to be used by towns for the exclusive purpose of maintaining town roads and bridges in good repair.
