AN ACT CONCERNING A CAP ON TRANSPORTATION SPENDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 2 of the general statutes be amended to limit the amount of expenditures authorized by the General Assembly related to transportation.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit state spending on transportation.
