AN ACT CONCERNING FLUCTUATING WORK WEEK AGREEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 558 of the general statutes be amended to allow employees to enter into fluctuating work week agreements with employers.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for a more flexible work week schedule for certain employees.
