AN ACT AUTHORIZING EXTENDED LIQUOR SALES IN DESIGNATED ENTERTAINMENT ZONES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to allow certain alcoholic liquor license holders to obtain extended use permits which would authorize the sale of alcoholic liquor until four o'clock a.m. in specific entertainment zones designated by the Commissioner of Consumer Protection.

Statement of Purpose: 

To authorize extended alcoholic liquor sales in designated entertainment zones.
