AN ACT PERMITTING THE FORMATION OF SERIES LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 34 of the general statutes be amended to allow for the formation of series limited liability companies in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote a more business-friendly, cost-effective environment in the state by permitting a new business to establish itself as a series limited liability company.
