AN ACT CONCERNING PAID SICK LEAVE FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL DISPATCHERS AND CALL RECEIVING OPERATORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 557 of the general statutes be amended to require employers to provide paid sick leave to emergency medical dispatchers and call receiving operators.
Statement of Purpose:
To include emergency medical dispatchers and call receiving operators under existing paid sick leave law.
