AN ACT ELIMINATING AFFORDABLE HOUSING REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to remove affordable housing requirements for municipalities.
Statement of Purpose:
To relieve municipalities of burdensome affordable housing requirements.
