AN ACT REPEALING THE MUNICIPAL MILL RATE CAP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal imposition of the mill rate cap on municipalities.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide mandate relief to municipalities.
