AN ACT PROHIBITING NEW TAXES ON BUSINESSES FOR FIVE YEARS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the imposition of any new taxes on businesses over a five-year period beginning January 1, 2017.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit new taxes on businesses.
