AN ACT REQUIRING MEDICAID AUDIT TRANSPARENCY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 17b-99 and 17b-99a of the general statutes be amended to require greater transparency by the Department of Social Services regarding the Medicaid audit process and audit results.
Statement of Purpose:
To require greater accountability for Medicaid audits.
