AN ACT REQUIRING A REVIEW OF THE CERTIFICATE OF NEED PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a review of the certificate of need process for the purchase of hospital machinery and equipment.
Statement of Purpose:
To review the current certificate of need process for the purchase of hospital machinery and equipment.
