AN ACT CONCERNING CAMERA AND COMPUTER REPAIR PERSONNEL AS MANDATED REPORTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17a-101 of the general statutes be amended to include camera, computer and cellular telephone repair personnel as mandated reporters.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand mandatory reporting laws.
