Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2017) Notwithstanding any provision of the Public Health Code or title 22a or 25 of the general statutes, the threshold for the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection's review of a community water system shall be such a system with a capacity of seven thousand five hundred gallons.
