AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES BY NATIONAL POPULAR VOTE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to adopt the interstate compact to elect the President of the United States by national popular vote and join other states in committing their votes in the Electoral College to the presidential candidate that wins the national popular vote.
Statement of Purpose:
To enter Connecticut into the Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote.
