AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE BUDGET PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the General Assembly to establish revenue projections prior to determining spending priorities.
Statement of Purpose:
To require state government to live within its means.
