AN ACT CONCERNING A LONG-TERM STRATEGY FOR CIVIC EDUCATION AND PARTICIPATION IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to require the development of a long-term strategy for civic education and participation in civic affairs throughout citizens' lives.
Statement of Purpose:
To develop a long-term strategy relating to civic education and participation in civic affairs for the citizens of Connecticut.
