AN ACT CONCERNING A CITIZEN ADVISORY PANEL FOR ENERGY PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to create a Citizen Advisory Panel for energy projects within the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a Citizen Advisory Panel for energy projects.
