AN ACT AUTHORIZING FARMERS' MARKETS TO CONDUCT SOUP SWAPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize farmers' markets to conduct soup swaps.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow soup swaps at farmers' markets.
