AN ACT CONCERNING LAKE AUTHORITIES AND COMBATING INVASIVE PLANT AND ANIMAL SPECIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to divert a portion of the funds in the community investment account for the purpose of funding lake authorities in their efforts to combat invasive plant and animal species.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide financial assistance to lake authorities in their efforts to combat invasive plant and animal species.
