Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: Section 1. Subdivision (1) of subsection (c) of section 9-19j of the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective from passage): (c) (1) The registrars of voters shall designate a location for the completion and processing of election day registration applications on election day. [, provided] At any such location, the registrars of voters shall have access to the state-wide centralized voter registration system [from such location] through a router owned by the state. No router may be used to access the state-wide centralized voter registration system from any such location unless such router is owned by the state and issued for such purpose.
