AN ACT CONCERNING LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE PREMIUM RATE INCREASES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 38a-501 and 38a-528 of the general statutes be amended to limit the amount certain long-term care insurance premium rates may increase in a single year to seven per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the amount certain long-term care insurance premium rates may increase in a single year.
