AN ACT CONCERNING SEWER ASSESSMENT APPEALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require municipalities to permit property owners to appeal sewer assessments to the board of assessment appeals.
Statement of Purpose:
To require municipalities to permit property owners to appeal sewer assessments.
