AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL OPTION FOR A PROPERTY TAX CREDIT FOR RETIRED FEDERAL EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to establish a property tax exemption for retired federal employees.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize municipalities to expand property tax relief to retired federal employees.
